1. Privacy

• Our users' information is not shared with anyone other than our team.

2. Age Restriction

• We do not knowingly store the data of people under the age of 15 on our servers.
• If you are under the age of 15, do not send us any personal information such as your name, phone number, or e-mail address.
• No one under the age of 15 can provide personal information.
• If we understand that we have collected the data of a person under the age of 15, we will quickly process and delete this data.
• If you think we have the data of someone under 15, please contact us.

3. Service Termination

• SMSGo may terminate the application and service at any time. Servers can be shut down or deleted.

4. Pricing

• All prices in the application can be changed or deleted by the application at any time.

5. Subscription Renewal

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month.

6. Payments

• Payment will be reflected in your iTunes account after your confirmation.
• One Number continues unless canceled.
• One Number duration is 1 MONTH.
• Unless the One Number fee is canceled, $12.99 (1 MONTH) will be billed to your iTunes account every month.
• In order for the cancellation to be successful, it must be made 24 hours before the period ends.

7. Number Availability

• If the requested number is not in stock, the number of another country is allocated instead. In such cases, refunds are not possible.

8. Payment Security

• Payments are processed using Stripe, Inc. infrastructure.
• SMSGo does not store your credit card data in any way.

9. Agreement

• By paying via Stripe, Inc. and SMSGo, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Agreement and Terms of Use.
